Our Clinical Career Ladder approach provides an advancement process to motivate and reward professional caregivers to become C.N.A.s in the clinical setting. This has been utilized in developing the C.N.A. II Program as well.  A C.N.A. becomes a C.N.A. II upon successful completion of the C.N.A. II Technical Training Program, and other eligibility requirements as written in the C.N.A. II job description. C.N.A. IIs are held to a higher standard and are expected to utilize their C.N.A. II training and work to the signed C.N.A. II job description. A Lead CNA position is an appointed position by Administration.
